What happens to a message once this is live?

Each incoming message is sorted by intent before anyone reads it — a price question, an order-status check and a complaint go down different paths. Routine questions are answered straight away, including order and status lookups read from your own system; the ones that need judgement reach a person with the conversation so far attached, so the customer doesn’t have to repeat themselves.

New enquiries are captured into your CRM as they arrive, broadcasts go out only on approved templates, and the conversation analytics dashboard shows what people actually ask — which is usually the fastest way to decide what to automate next.

What is not included in the price?

Prices exclude GST. Where it applies, 18% GST is added and shown in your written proposal.

WhatsApp Business API conversations carry Meta’s own per-message charges, which are separate from this package’s price. We walk through what your message volume means for those charges on the scope call, before anything is built.

Anything beyond the six listed items — a custom CRM, a new booking system, lead-ad forms — is scoped separately. Related packages below cover the common ones, each with its own published starting price.

Who is it built for?

The package is most often built for e-commerce, healthcare and education teams — businesses where the same questions arrive on WhatsApp all day: where is my order, is this slot free, what does the course cost, can someone call me back.

How long does it take?

Up to 30 days from the signed proposal, as on the package card. As on every engagement, you see a working demo on day one, so you can try it with your own customers’ questions before it goes live.
