The details
02Why one process per sprint?
A sprint is deliberately narrow: one process, finished properly, rather than ten half-built. It starts with a process mapping workshop, where we walk through how the work really happens today — including the exceptions people handle without thinking — so the workflow matches your team rather than a diagram. Then it is built, deployed and handed over.
If several processes compete for the first sprint, the scope call is where you choose one; anything beyond it is scoped and priced separately. Each sprint ends with an automation running in your business and a person on your side who owns it, not a slide deck of recommendations.
What makes a process a good first sprint?
Look for work that follows rules a person could write down: when this arrives, check that, tell someone, update this system. n8n connects to other tools through their APIs and webhooks, so for each step the question is whether the tool offers one, which we check on the scope call. Where a step needs a decision — a discount above a limit, a new vendor, a refund — the workflow stops for an approval instead of guessing.
- Enquiries copied by hand from a form or inbox into a sheet or CRM
- Approval requests that travel by forwarded email or chat message
- A weekly report assembled from two or three tools
- Reminders that currently depend on someone remembering
What happens when a workflow breaks?
Every sprint includes error handling with alerts. If an API is down, a record arrives malformed or a login expires, the right person is told, instead of the process quietly stopping and nobody noticing for a week. The runbook explains what each step does, what each alert means and what to check first, and it names the owner on your side. The two weeks of tuning are there for the edge cases that only real data turns up.
What is not included in a sprint?
One sprint covers one process. Hosting is not a line on the card: whether the workflow runs on a server you control or on n8n’s own cloud service, and any subscription that comes with it, is settled on the scope call and written into the proposal.
Some processes need a different package. If the work is mostly reading PDFs and retyping them, Document & Data-Entry Automation, from ₹16,000, is built for that. If steps need judgement over emails and documents rather than fixed rules, AI Agent Workflows, from ₹85,000, is the heavier option. IndiaMART and Meta lead-ad enquiries have their own packages: IndiaMART Lead Autopilot from ₹10,000 and Meta Lead Ads → WhatsApp from ₹5,000.

FAQ
04What does an n8n automation cost?
The Workflow Automation Sprint starts at ₹14,000 for one process, delivered in up to 7 days. That covers the mapping workshop, the build and deployment, approval and alert steps, the runbook and two weeks of tuning. Hosting and any third-party subscriptions are settled on the call. Your fixed price arrives in writing after a 15-minute scope call.
Can n8n be self-hosted?
Yes. n8n can be installed on a server you control instead of using n8n’s cloud service, which keeps workflow data and stored credentials in an environment you choose. Who looks after that server once the sprint is over, and what it costs to run, is agreed on the scope call before anything is built.
Can you move a Zapier or Make workflow to n8n?
It can be the one process a sprint covers. The workflow is rebuilt in n8n rather than copied across, starting from the mapping workshop, so it gets the same approval steps, error alerts and runbook as any other sprint. Whether moving it is worth the effort, compared with leaving it where it is, is a question for the scope call.
Who looks after the workflow after handover?
An owner on your side. The runbook and owner handover are part of the package, so that person knows what the workflow does, what its alerts mean and what to check first. If you would rather have retained hours for fixes and further iterations, Managed Support & Growth starts at ₹14,000.
Do we need to know n8n ourselves?
No. You need someone who understands the process and can make decisions in the mapping workshop. The runbook is written for the person who will own the workflow, and you see a working demo during the sprint, so you can try it on your own cases before handover.
