A restaurant online ordering system under your own brand

The details
01What changes when orders come to your own site?
An order placed on your own ordering page is your order: the customer’s number, what they ordered and when they come back stay with you, and no marketplace sits between you and them. That is the case for a direct channel. It need not replace aggregator apps, which bring customers who have not heard of you yet; a direct channel serves the ones who have.
Aggregator commissions and payment gateway fees are set by those companies under their own terms. Orders on your own platform carry no marketplace commission, but they do carry the gateway’s fee and the cost of delivery, so compare the two channels on your own numbers before deciding how hard to push either.
What does DineDirect do, and what does it leave out?
DineDirect is a ready-made product, so what it does is fixed and known before you pay:
- Online ordering under your own brand and domain, with Razorpay or Stripe for payment and GST invoice templates.
- Table reservations, so one platform covers dine-in bookings as well as orders.
- Menu management from the admin panel: items and prices change without a developer.
- Delivery integration that hands orders to a delivery partner; which partner is confirmed on the scope call.
What is not in DineDirect?
A rider app for your own delivery staff, a kitchen display with order routing, and loyalty or repeat-order campaigns are not in DineDirect’s description. Kitchen display and loyalty appear among our food and beverage builds; if you need them, they are scoped on the call and priced in writing. Full details of the product are on the DineDirect page.
DineDirect is one restaurant’s own platform, not a marketplace listing many restaurants. A multi-restaurant delivery business with its own riders is a custom build; apps for it start from the Mobile App (MVP) package at ₹1,25,000 (up to 3 months), with everything around them scoped on the call.
Questions and orders on WhatsApp
Customers already message restaurants on WhatsApp to ask about the menu, timings or an order. WhatsApp & Support Automation (₹12,000, up to 30 days) sets up the WhatsApp Business API with intent routing: routine questions are answered straight away, order and status lookups are handled, and anything else goes to your staff with the chat attached.
A reply can carry a link to your DineDirect ordering page; taking a whole order inside the chat is not a listed item and is scoped on the call. Meta bills its per-message charges separately, and the WhatsApp API cost calculator estimates them from your volumes. For a restaurant that mainly needs to be found, the One-Page Website (₹9,000, up to 7 days) puts your menu link, WhatsApp and call buttons and Google Business Profile on one fast page.

FAQ
03What does a restaurant online ordering system cost?
DineDirect costs ₹59,000 to buy, including the source code, or ₹9,999 a month to rent, and goes live in 7 days. WhatsApp & Support Automation starts at ₹12,000 if you want customers’ questions handled too. Your fixed price arrives in writing after a 15-minute scope call.
Do we pay a commission on each order?
Not to us. DineDirect is bought once or rented for a monthly licence, and with the rent model you run it and keep what it earns. Your payment gateway charges its own fee on each online payment, and your delivery partner charges for each delivery, under their own terms.
Can guests book tables too?
Yes. Table reservations are part of DineDirect alongside online ordering. Your rules for tables, timings and party sizes are confirmed on the scope call.
Does it include a rider app?
No. DineDirect hands orders to a delivery partner; a rider app for your own delivery staff is not in its description and would be scoped as custom work, priced in writing before anything is built.
We have more than one outlet. Does it work for us?
Tell us on the scope call how your outlets are set up: one menu or several, one kitchen or many, and how GST is billed per outlet. How DineDirect is configured for them, and anything that needs building on top through the Customise model, is written into the proposal.
