Manufacturing ERP, CRM and lead systems for Indian factories

Manufacturing ERP development here starts from priced packages. Manufacturing ERP, from ₹2,18,000 (3 months or more), runs BOMs, job cards, WIP, GRN, quality checks and batch costing with a Tally sync. Around it: IndiaMART Lead Autopilot from ₹10,000, Tally Integration & Automation from ₹12,000, GST & E-Invoice Automation from ₹30,000 and a dealer-facing Customer Self-Service Portal from ₹25,000.

Which package covers which part of the plant?

A manufacturer’s systems problem is rarely one problem. Enquiries arrive on IndiaMART and get answered late; production and stock disagree by month-end; invoices are typed once in the billing tool and again in Tally; dealers phone to ask where their order is. Each package below takes on one of those:

  • Enquiries: IndiaMART Lead Autopilot (₹10,000, up to 7 days) receives each enquiry through IndiaMART’s Lead Manager Push API, removes duplicates, sends a WhatsApp reply within 60 seconds and logs it to your CRM or a Google Sheet, with follow-ups on day 1, 3 and 7.
  • Quotes and approvals: Custom CRM Setup (₹95,000, up to 3 months) carries a lead from quotation to invoice, with discount approval rules, role and territory permissions and reporting for every level.
  • Production: Manufacturing ERP (₹2,18,000, 3 months or more) covers multi-level BOMs and routing, work orders and job cards, raw material and WIP tracking, vendor purchase and GRN, quality checks and rejections, and costing and margin per batch.
  • Accounts: Tally Integration & Automation (₹12,000, up to 30 days) posts sales, purchase and receipt vouchers into TallyPrime with GST fields validated first, and GST & E-Invoice Automation (₹30,000, up to 30 days) generates IRNs, e-invoices and e-way bills from your own data.
  • Dealers and distributors: the Customer Self-Service Portal (₹25,000, up to 30 days) shows them their orders, shipments, invoices and payment history, and lets them raise tickets and download documents and certificates.

Manufacturing ERP or ERP & Inventory Rollout?

Both are ERP packages built on Odoo and Postgres, and both take 3 months or more, but they start from different problems. Manufacturing ERP (₹2,18,000) is for plants where production itself is the hard part: what a product is made of, the steps it passes through, what was rejected at which stage and what each batch really cost.

ERP & Inventory Rollout (₹1,75,000) is for businesses where production is simple but stock and purchase are spread across several locations. It leads with process mapping, master data set-up and validation, a location and warehouse hierarchy and a purchase-to-payment workflow, then goes live site by site with super-user training and 30 days of hypercare. If you are not sure which describes your plant, that is the first question on the scope call.

Does Tally stay?

Yes. Manufacturing ERP includes a sync to Tally or your finance ledger, so your accountant keeps working in Tally while production, purchase and stock move into the ERP. If you are not ready for an ERP, Tally Integration & Automation on its own stops the re-typing: vouchers come in from your other systems, items and ledgers are mapped, anything Tally rejects lands in an error queue with retries and alerts, and a daily reconciliation report shows what matched.

For owners who want the numbers without opening Tally, the Tally → Power BI Dashboard (₹15,000, up to 30 days) shows sales, receivables, stock and P&L, refreshed daily, with branch and company consolidation.

What is not in these packages?

Job work sent to outside units, machine connections and sensors on the shop floor, and moving your existing item and BOM data are not listed items in Manufacturing ERP. Raise them on the scope call, so they are designed and priced into the proposal rather than discovered halfway through. Payroll is separate too: Payroll & Statutory Setup (₹12,000, up to 7 days) runs salaries with PF, ESI, PT and TDS.

Your IndiaMART account, Meta’s per-message charges for WhatsApp replies and any licence your chosen Odoo edition needs are paid to those providers, outside our prices. Which Odoo edition fits your plant, and where the system is hosted, is settled in writing before work begins.

FAQ

03
What does manufacturing ERP development cost?

Manufacturing ERP starts at ₹2,18,000 and takes 3 months or more; ERP & Inventory Rollout starts at ₹1,75,000. Smaller pieces can come first: IndiaMART Lead Autopilot from ₹10,000, Tally Integration & Automation from ₹12,000 and GST & E-Invoice Automation from ₹30,000. Your fixed price arrives in writing after a 15-minute scope call.

Can we start with one package and add the ERP later?

Yes. IndiaMART leads, Tally posting and e-invoices each fix one job without an ERP. If an ERP follows later, what is already running is listed in its proposal, so the two are planned together instead of the new system ignoring the old one. The order is decided on the scope call.

Does the ERP handle job work sent to outside units?

Job work is not one of Manufacturing ERP’s listed items. If parts of your production go out to job workers and come back, raise it on the scope call; it is designed and priced into the written proposal before any work starts.

Can dealers place orders themselves?

The Customer Self-Service Portal shows dealers their orders and shipments, invoices and payment history, and lets them raise tickets and download documents. Placing new orders through it is not a listed item; if you want dealers to order online, say so on the scope call and it is priced in writing.

Can operators use it on the shop floor?

Yes. Work orders and job cards are how the plan reaches the floor, and our manufacturing builds give each person their own access on shared devices, so an entry made at a shared terminal is still tied to who made it. Which devices sit where is settled on the scope call.
