Real estate software, from first enquiry to site visit and booking

The details
01Which package handles which step of a property sale?
A property sale passes through the same steps whether you are a developer with one tower or a broker with many listings: the enquiry, the first reply, the site visit, the booking and the collections after it. Here is where each package sits:
- First reply to ad leads: Meta Lead Ads → WhatsApp (₹5,000, up to 7 days) replies on WhatsApp within a minute with two site-visit slots, assigns the lead to a salesperson and follows up on day 1, 3 and 7.
- Every other WhatsApp message: WhatsApp & Support Automation (₹12,000, up to 30 days) routes buyers’ questions, answers the routine ones and hands the rest to your team with the chat attached.
- Units, visits, partners and bookings: Real Estate CRM (₹45,000, up to 30 days) holds unit-level inventory with blocking, schedules site visits and records their outcomes, credits channel partners, and tracks bookings, payment plans, demand letters and broker payouts.
- Inventory buyers can browse: the Real Estate Listing Portal (₹1,11,000, up to 3 months) has project, tower and unit inventory, map and locality search, floor plans and galleries, and site-visit booking handed to the CRM.
- Staff out on site: the Field Workforce App (₹1,65,000, up to 3 months) records visits with photo, GPS and signature proof, even without signal.
Developer or broker: where should you start?
A developer selling its own project usually feels the pain in the unit and the visit first: two salespeople promising the same flat, visits nobody followed up, partners arguing over credit. Real Estate CRM (₹45,000) is made for that. If your ads bring leads but nobody calls them in time, start smaller, with Meta Lead Ads → WhatsApp at ₹5,000.
A broker or a portal business needs buyers to browse listings first. The Real Estate Listing Portal (₹1,11,000) is a custom build around your inventory, with broker and channel-partner logins and price and availability versioning. HomeSphere is the faster route: a ready-made marketplace for listings, leads, virtual tours and payments, live in 7 days. A small team that only needs its pipeline out of a spreadsheet can begin with the Sales CRM Starter at ₹18,000, delivered in up to 7 days.
How do the pieces connect?
Leads should land in one place whichever door they come through. Real Estate CRM brings in leads from property portals and Meta lead ads, both WhatsApp packages log new leads to your CRM, and the listing portal hands each site-visit booking to the CRM. Which portals you list on, and how each one sends its leads, is checked on the scope call before it goes into the proposal.
The project details buyers ask about, such as your RERA registration number, carpet areas and payment plans, are best kept in the records that feed both the portal and the CRM, so the figure on the website and the figure in the booking file cannot drift apart. For the detail on each side, see WhatsApp automation for real estate and real estate CRM development.
What is outside these packages?
3D tower and unit selectors, rendered walkthroughs and video production are not part of any package or product on this site. HomeSphere runs virtual tours, but the photographs or video come from you or your photographer.
Accounting sits outside too: payment plans and demand letters live in Real Estate CRM, but posting receipts into your accounting software is scoped separately. Meta’s per-message WhatsApp charges, your ad spend and any property portal subscriptions are paid to those providers, outside our prices.

FAQ
04What does real estate software cost?
It depends on the part you need. Meta Lead Ads → WhatsApp starts at ₹5,000 (up to 7 days), Real Estate CRM at ₹45,000 (up to 30 days) and the Real Estate Listing Portal at ₹1,11,000 (up to 3 months). HomeSphere is ₹79,000 to buy or ₹12,999 a month to rent. Your fixed price arrives in writing after a 15-minute scope call.
Should a developer buy HomeSphere or the listing portal?
HomeSphere is a marketplace where listings are the product, which suits brokers, agencies and city portals. A developer selling units in its own towers usually needs the Real Estate Listing Portal instead: project, tower and unit inventory, map search, broker logins and versioned prices, built around its projects.
Can channel partners log in?
The Real Estate Listing Portal includes broker and channel-partner logins. In Real Estate CRM, partner attribution and payouts are tracked by your own team; a partner-facing login there is not a listed item, and it can be added to the proposal as its own item.
Do you build 3D tower selectors or walkthrough videos?
No. None of the packages or products on this site includes 3D models, rendered walkthroughs or video production. The listing portal carries floor plans and media galleries, and HomeSphere runs virtual tours, with the photographs or video supplied by you or your photographer.
Will leads from property portals reach the CRM?
Lead ingestion from property portals and Meta ads is part of Real Estate CRM. Which portals you list on, and how each delivers its leads, is checked on the scope call before it is written into the proposal.
