The details
02Who is HomeSphere built for?
HomeSphere is a marketplace: listings are the product. It fits a broker or agency listing many properties for many owners, or someone starting a property portal for a city or region. Buyers browse listings, open a virtual tour, enquire, and the enquiry is worked as a lead from the same system.
A developer selling units in its own towers needs something different: project, tower and unit inventory, map and locality search, broker logins and versioned prices. That is the Real Estate Listing Portal package, from ₹1,11,000 and up to 3 months, built around your projects rather than started from a product.
What happens to an enquiry?
Enquiries are managed as leads inside HomeSphere, so follow-up happens in the same place as the listing. If your sales process needs more — site-visit scheduling and outcomes, unit blocking, channel-partner attribution and payouts — that is Real Estate CRM, from ₹45,000 and up to 30 days, which also ingests leads from property portals and Meta ads.
For buyers who reach you through Facebook or Instagram ads, Meta Lead Ads → WhatsApp, from ₹5,000, is the smaller add-on: a WhatsApp answer to each ad lead inside a minute, two site-visit slots to choose from, follow-ups on day 1, 3 and 7, and a salesperson assigned to every lead.
Can you run HomeSphere as a portal business in your city?
Yes, under your own brand, though not exclusively: HomeSphere is licensed non-exclusively, so it does not reserve a city or region for you, and we may licence it to others. Renting at ₹12,999 a month lets you start without the one-time price; buying at ₹79,000 gives you the source code and a perpetual licence to run it from the start. With White-label, buyers see your brand and domain, never ours.
Payments are collected through Razorpay or Stripe with GST invoice templates. What you charge for — listing fees from owners, booking amounts from buyers — is your business model; tell us on the scope call, and anything the product needs to support it is priced in writing.
What is HomeSphere not?
It is not a developer’s sales CRM, and it is not built from scratch around your projects; it is the product as it stands, with anything extra added through the Customise model. Virtual tours run inside HomeSphere, but the tour content — the photographs or video — comes from you or your photographer.

FAQ
04What does HomeSphere cost?
HomeSphere is ₹79,000 to buy, a single payment that includes the full source code, or ₹12,999 a month to rent. Anything built on top for your market is quoted separately. Your fixed price arrives in writing after a 15-minute scope call.
Can I try HomeSphere before I pay?
Yes. The live demo linked at the top of this page runs in your browser on made-up sample data, so you can click through HomeSphere before the scope call; nothing you enter in it is sent anywhere. On the call we go through what your version needs on top and which model fits, and the fixed price follows in writing.
How is HomeSphere different from the Real Estate Listing Portal?
HomeSphere is a ready-made marketplace — ₹79,000 to buy, live in 7 days — for listing many properties with leads, virtual tours and payments. The Real Estate Listing Portal, from ₹1,11,000 and up to 3 months, is built around a developer’s projects: tower and unit inventory, map search, broker logins and price versioning.
Does HomeSphere include a CRM?
It includes lead management, so enquiries are handled inside the portal. For site-visit scheduling, unit blocking, channel-partner attribution, broker payouts and demand letters, Real Estate CRM starts at ₹45,000 and is delivered within 30 days. If you need both, raise both on the scope call.
Who adds the listings?
HomeSphere is the platform; the properties on it come from you, your agents or the owners you work with. Listings are managed through the admin panel without a developer, and who else may add or edit them — your staff only, or owners and agents too — is agreed on the scope call.
