Why does property sales need its own CRM?

In most businesses a CRM tracks people and deals. In property, the thing being sold is a specific unit that can be sold only once, the buyer usually visits the site before deciding, and many sales arrive through channel partners who expect to be paid. A general CRM can be stretched to cover that, but the unit, the visit and the partner often end up in spreadsheets.

This package puts those three at the centre of the record. The stack on the card is Zoho and Postgres; how they are put together for your projects, and any third-party subscription that involves, is agreed on the scope call.

How does it stop the same unit being sold twice?

Inventory is held unit by unit, and a unit can be blocked while a buyer decides, so a second salesperson sees it as unavailable instead of promising it again. Site visits are scheduled in the CRM and their outcome is recorded against the lead, which shows your managers which visits actually lead to bookings.

Once a buyer books, the record carries on: the booking, the payment plan and the demand letters raised against it. That keeps the collections side of the sale in the same place as the sales conversation, not in a separate file kept by accounts.

How are channel partners credited and paid?

Channel-partner attribution records which partner brought each lead, so credit is settled from the record rather than argued over once a booking comes in. The attribution rules themselves — for example, who is credited when a partner and a portal both send the same buyer — are agreed with you on the scope call.

Leads from property portals and Meta lead ads are brought into the same pipeline, so a partner’s lead and a portal lead sit side by side. Which portals you list on, and how each one delivers its leads, is checked on the scope call before it goes into the proposal.

What sits outside the CRM?

This is a sales CRM, not a public website; buyers do not browse listings in it. For a searchable listings site, the Real Estate Listing Portal starts at ₹1,11,000 (up to 3 months), and the HomeSphere product can be bought outright for ₹79,000 or rented for ₹12,999 a month, with launch in 7 days.

Accounting sits outside it too. Payment plans and demand letters live in the CRM, but posting receipts into your accounting software is not in the listed scope and is scoped on the call. Automatic WhatsApp replies to new ad leads are also a separate package, covered in the questions below.

FAQ

04
What does a real estate CRM cost?

Real Estate CRM starts at ₹45,000 and is delivered in up to 30 days. That covers the six listed items for your sales team; anything else, such as posting receipts into your accounts, is scoped on top. Your fixed price arrives in writing after a 15-minute scope call.

Does it raise demand letters?

Yes. Booking, payment plan and demand letters are one of the six listed items, so demand letters are raised from the booking record in the CRM rather than drafted separately each time. The format of your letters and the stages of your payment plans are collected on the scope call.

Will it replace our spreadsheet of broker payouts?

That is what broker payout tracking is for. Each payout is tied to a booking the partner brought in, so the sheet someone updates by hand at month-end stops being the record of what is owed. Your commission rules are written into the proposal before anything is configured.

We only need fast WhatsApp replies to ad leads. Is this too much?

Possibly. If the pressing problem is slow replies to Facebook and Instagram leads, Meta Lead Ads → WhatsApp starts at ₹5,000 and is delivered in up to 7 days; it replies on WhatsApp within a minute and offers two concrete slots. The CRM is for when units, visits, partners and bookings also need one home.

Can channel partners log in to see their own leads?

A partner login is not one of the six listed items; attribution and payouts are tracked inside the CRM by your own team. If you want partners to see their own leads and payouts, say so on the scope call and it can be added to the proposal as its own item.
