The details
02When is a custom store worth it?
When the store has to work your way: variants and bundles set up the way you sell, a checkout that mixes prepaid and cash on delivery, stock that will need to agree with Tally or an ERP, and an admin for stock and orders built for your store rather than a platform’s settings screens. The package describes it as catalogue, checkout and payments tuned for conversion, not just launch.
It runs on Next.js and Postgres rather than on a store platform’s subscription plan, though hosting is still a running cost to plan for. If you sell a straightforward catalogue and want to start quickly, a theme-based store is often enough: Shopify Store Setup starts at ₹15,000 and covers up to 50 products.
What happens between “add to cart” and a delivered order?
The shopper picks a variant or bundle and pays by Razorpay, Stripe or cash on delivery. The order produces a GST-compliant invoice, appears in the admin with stock updated, and goes to Shiprocket or Delhivery for shipping. If the shopper leaves before paying, abandoned cart recovery follows up; the channel it uses is scoped on the call.
Each of those steps is a place where stores lose money quietly: an unconfirmed COD order, a mismatched invoice, stock sold twice. The working demo, there from day one, is where you run that flow end to end with your own products, before real orders go through it.
What does “Tally or ERP stock sync ready” mean?
It means the store is built with that sync in mind: products, stock and orders are kept in a shape that Tally or an ERP can be connected to. The connector itself is not part of this package; which system you run, and how your ledgers and item masters are set up, differs from one business to the next, so it is priced on its own.
For Tally, Tally Integration & Automation (from ₹12,000) posts sales, purchase and receipt vouchers with GST field validation before posting. If you also sell on Amazon and Flipkart, Retail & Marketplace Stock Sync (from ₹50,000) keeps one stock number across your own site and the marketplaces, with oversell prevention buffers and returns handling.
What sits outside the ₹50,000?
Payment gateway and courier charges are set by Razorpay, Stripe, Shiprocket and Delhivery under their own terms and sit outside this price; we go through which apply to you on the scope call. Product photography, catalogue copy and marketplace listings are not in the listed items either, so tell us early what already exists.
It is also not the quickest way to start selling. The build runs up to 3 months, with catalogue rules, checkout, shipping and invoicing built and tested as one system. If you need to be selling within weeks, begin with Shopify Store Setup and plan a custom build once you know exactly what your store must do.

FAQ
04How much does an e-commerce website cost in India?
Our E-commerce Build starts at ₹50,000 and takes up to 3 months, covering catalogue, Razorpay, Stripe or COD checkout, abandoned cart recovery, shipping integration, GST invoicing and a stock and orders admin. A theme-based Shopify store starts at ₹15,000. Your fixed price arrives in writing after a 15-minute scope call.
Can customers pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery sits alongside Razorpay and Stripe at checkout. How COD orders are confirmed, and how they appear in the admin next to prepaid orders, is settled during scoping, because every store handles COD a little differently.
Will it create GST invoices and e-invoices?
GST-compliant invoicing is part of the package, so each order produces its invoice. Registering B2B invoices on the government e-invoice system to get an IRN is a different job and is not a listed item; if your business has to do that, GST & E-Invoice Automation, from ₹30,000, covers IRN and e-invoice generation and e-way bills.
Do you manage our Amazon and Flipkart listings?
No. This package builds your own store. Keeping stock and prices consistent across your site, Amazon and Flipkart is the job of Retail & Marketplace Stock Sync, from ₹50,000, which adds marketplace connectors, price and offer sync rules and channel-wise margin reporting.
Who runs the store after launch?
Your team does, through the admin for stock and orders that comes with the build: handling orders and keeping stock right day to day. If you want retained hours for changes and fixes after launch, Managed Support & Growth is a separate package starting at ₹14,000.
