What does “theme-based” mean for your store?

The store starts from a Shopify theme, which is then set up with your logo, colours, typography and layout choices. You get a store that looks like your brand and behaves the way online shoppers expect, without paying to design and code a storefront from scratch.

The trade-off is that the layout follows what the theme supports, and brand styling works within it. A fully custom theme or a custom Shopify app is not in this package and would be scoped on the call. What is set up before your first order?

Checkout takes Razorpay, UPI and cash on delivery, so shoppers can pay the way they usually do. Orders go to Shiprocket or Delhivery for shipping, each sale has a GST-compliant invoice, and customers get order-status updates on WhatsApp instead of messaging you to ask where their parcel is.

Up to 50 products with their variants, such as sizes, colours or pack sizes, are set up before launch, so the store opens with a real catalogue rather than placeholders. If your catalogue is larger, the extra products are scoped on the call and priced in your written proposal.

What is not in the ₹15,000?

Shopify’s own plan, and any paid theme or app you add, are charged separately through Shopify. Payment gateway and courier charges are the providers’ own, and if order updates go out through the WhatsApp Business API, Meta bills those messages separately too. We go through which of these apply to your store on the scope call, before anything is built.

Migrations from another platform, custom apps and catalogues above 50 products are not in the listed items, so each is scoped on the call if you need it.
