Construction ERP for sites, materials, vendor bills and labour
The details
01Which package covers which part of a project?
A construction company’s money leaks in predictable places: material that leaves the store without a record, site progress nobody can verify from the office, supplier bills paid before anyone checks them against what arrived, and labour payroll worked out by hand. Each package takes one of those:
- Materials and purchase: ERP & Inventory Rollout (₹1,75,000, 3 months or more) maps your process before configuring anything, sets up and validates masters, builds a location and warehouse hierarchy for your sites and stores, and runs purchase to payment in one workflow, then goes live one site at a time with super-user training and 30 days of hypercare.
- Daily site reports: the Field Workforce App (₹1,65,000, up to 3 months) gives site engineers a checklist per job type, photo, GPS and signature proof that is saved offline, and attendance and expense claims, with a supervisor dashboard.
- Vendor and subcontractor bills: Accounts Payable Automation (₹45,000, up to 30 days) reads invoices from email and scans, matches them three ways against the PO and GRN, routes approvals by value and cost centre, checks for duplicates and exports payment files to your bank or Tally.
- Labour payroll: Payroll & Statutory Setup (₹12,000, up to 7 days) sets up salary structures, attendance and leave, PF, ESI, PT and TDS computation, payslips and challan-ready exports.
- Registers that fit nowhere else: Internal Tools & Portals (₹45,000, up to 30 days) turns a spreadsheet, such as a plant and equipment register, into a web tool with approvals and an audit trail.
- Accounts: Tally Integration & Automation (₹12,000, up to 30 days) posts vouchers into TallyPrime from the other systems, with a daily reconciliation report.
BOQs, RA bills and project costing
These are what set construction apart, and none of them is a listed item in these packages. A BOQ, running-account bills against measured work, retention, and cost against budget for each project depend on how your company contracts and measures, so they are designed on the scope call and priced in writing as part of the ERP scope, not assumed from a template.
It helps to bring three things to that call: one real BOQ, one RA bill as you raise it today, and the report you wish you had at month-end. With those in front of us, the written proposal can say exactly what the system will produce, and what it will not.
Material from store to site
Material that moves from the store to a site without a record is where project costs drift. In the ERP rollout’s location hierarchy each site can be a location of its own, so issues and transfers become recorded movements, and purchase to payment runs through one workflow instead of separate registers.
Accounts Payable Automation then checks each supplier’s bill against what was ordered and what was received before it is approved, and flags duplicates. If your stores, sites and Tally already disagree and nobody can say where, the Drift Audit (₹49,000, 2–3 weeks) finds where the records part company before anything is built.
What is outside these packages?
Tax treatment, such as GST on works contracts or TDS on contractor payments, is for your CA; the packages record and export what your accountant needs but do not decide it. Equipment telematics, drawing management and client-facing progress portals are not listed items, and are scoped on the call if you need them.
Any licence your chosen Odoo edition needs is separate from our price. Which edition fits, and where the system is hosted, is settled in writing before work begins.

FAQ
03What does construction ERP software cost?
ERP & Inventory Rollout starts at ₹1,75,000 and takes 3 months or more. Pieces that can come first: Payroll & Statutory Setup from ₹12,000, Accounts Payable Automation from ₹45,000 and the Field Workforce App from ₹1,65,000. BOQ and RA billing are scoped on top. Your fixed price arrives in writing after a 15-minute scope call.
Does it handle RA bills and BOQs?
Not as listed items. BOQs, running-account bills and retention are designed around your contracts on the scope call and priced in writing as part of the ERP scope. Bring a real BOQ and an RA bill to that call.
Can site engineers send daily reports from site?
Yes, with the Field Workforce App: a checklist per job type, photos, GPS location and signatures, saved offline and synced when signal returns. Supervisors see every job on one dashboard, with an SLA view of what is late.
Will Tally stay?
Yes. Tally Integration & Automation posts sales, purchase and receipt vouchers into TallyPrime from your other systems, and Accounts Payable Automation exports payment files to your bank or Tally. Your accountant keeps working where they work today.
We have one site. Do we need an ERP?
Perhaps not yet. Payroll & Statutory Setup and Accounts Payable Automation each fix one job on their own, and Internal Tools & Portals replaces a spreadsheet with a proper tool. The ERP rollout earns its cost when stock and purchase span several sites.
