Software for agri businesses, FPOs and agritech

No package on this site is made only for agriculture, so agriculture software here is built from the packages whose features fit field work. Internal Tools & Portals, from ₹45,000, turns farmer and procurement registers into an offline-capable tool; the Field Workforce App, from ₹1,65,000, runs field staff visits; and the Mobile App (MVP), from ₹1,25,000, is the base for a farmer-facing app.

Which package fits which job?

Agri organisations differ, but the jobs repeat: keeping member and plot records, sending staff to the field, talking to farmers, and accounting for what was bought, sold and paid. Here is how the packages map to them:

  • Farmer, plot and procurement records: Internal Tools & Portals (₹45,000, up to 30 days) replaces the register with a web tool that works on any device without an install, captures photos, GPS and signatures offline, and keeps an audit trail with role-based access and approvals.
  • Field staff visits: the Field Workforce App (₹1,65,000, up to 3 months) gives agronomists or procurement staff their visits in route order, a checklist per visit type, and photo, GPS and signature proof that syncs when signal returns, with attendance and expense claims.
  • An app for farmers or buyers: the Mobile App (MVP) (₹1,25,000, up to 3 months) builds Android and iOS from one codebase, with logins, push notifications, an offline-tolerant data layer and payments.
  • Messages to members: WhatsApp & Support Automation (₹12,000, up to 30 days) sends broadcasts on approved templates and answers routine questions, with your staff taking over when needed.
  • Accounts and reports: Tally Integration & Automation (₹12,000, up to 30 days) posts vouchers into TallyPrime, and the Business Intelligence Dashboard (₹45,000, up to 30 days) agrees metric definitions in writing and refreshes them automatically.

Where should an FPO or agri business start?

Start with the record you trust least. If that is the member register, and what each member supplied and was paid, Internal Tools & Portals is the smaller first step, and the data it collects is what any later app or dashboard runs on. If the problem is knowing what field staff actually did, start with the Field Workforce App instead.

Procurement with quality checks, mandi price capture, input sales, traceability from farm to buyer and farmer payouts appear among our agriculture builds, but none of them is a listed item in a package. Each is scoped on the call around how your organisation actually works, and priced in writing.

Low connectivity and regional languages

Field work happens where the signal is weakest, so offline capture is the first requirement, and both Internal Tools & Portals and the Field Workforce App list it. Our agriculture builds also plan for regional languages and keep farmer consent and payout records auditable for FPO and scheme reporting.

Which languages, who supplies the translated text, and which reports your members, funders or scheme ask for are confirmed on the scope call and written into the proposal, so the system is built for the reporting you actually face.

What is outside these packages?

Satellite imagery, field sensors and weather data feeds are not part of any package. Weather-linked alerts appear among our agriculture builds, but they depend on a data source chosen on the scope call. A marketplace connecting farmers with buyers is a custom build, usually starting from the Mobile App (MVP) package; the app cost calculator gives a first estimate.

App store fees, SMS charges and Meta’s per-message WhatsApp charges are paid to those providers, outside our prices.

FAQ

03
What does agriculture software cost?

It depends on the part. Internal Tools & Portals starts at ₹45,000 (up to 30 days), the Mobile App (MVP) at ₹1,25,000 and the Field Workforce App at ₹1,65,000 (each up to 3 months). WhatsApp & Support Automation and Tally Integration & Automation start at ₹12,000 each. Your fixed price arrives in writing after a 15-minute scope call.

Will it work in villages with poor signal?

Offline capture is a listed item in both Internal Tools & Portals and the Field Workforce App: entries, photos and signatures are kept on the device and synced when a connection returns. The Mobile App (MVP) includes an offline-tolerant data layer.

Can it handle payments to farmers?

Farmer payout and settlement flows appear among our agriculture builds, but they are not a listed item in any package. How payouts are calculated, approved and paid, and which bank or payment provider is involved, is scoped on the call and priced in writing.

Can the app be in Hindi or another regional language?

Our agriculture builds plan for regional languages. Which languages, and who supplies the translated text, is agreed on the scope call and written into the proposal before anything is built.

Do you have a ready-made agritech product?

No. The ready-made products on this site are for fitness, nutrition, coaching, CA firms, paper trading, fashion e-commerce, restaurants and real estate. Agriculture software is built from the packages on this page, around your process.
