The details
02Why does the work start with definitions, not charts?
Many reporting arguments are about definitions, not data. Sales counts revenue when an order is booked, accounts when it is invoiced, and both spreadsheets are right by their own rules. Before any chart is built, we write down each metric — what it includes, which system it comes from, and as of when — and agree it in writing with the people who will use it.
That document becomes the reference for the whole dashboard. When someone questions a number months later, the answer is in the written definition, not in the memory of whoever built last quarter’s spreadsheet. If a definition changes later, the document should change first and the dashboard after it.
What will people see when they open it?
Leadership gets an executive view with the few numbers that describe the whole business; each team gets its own view with the numbers it works on. Any figure can be opened up to the transactions behind it, so a surprising total leads straight to the orders or invoices that made it.
Alerts watch the thresholds you set — stock below a level, receivables above one — and tell the right person when one is crossed, so nobody has to check the dashboard just in case. Training is part of the package because a dashboard nobody opens has not solved anything.
What sits underneath, and what does it cost to run?
Data from your spreadsheets and systems lands in Snowflake, a cloud data warehouse. dbt turns it into tables that follow the written definitions, and Power BI draws the views. The refresh runs on its own, so nobody copies numbers into a master sheet any more.
Snowflake and Power BI are billed by their own vendors and are not part of this price; what your volumes mean for those bills is worked through on the scope call. If nearly all your numbers already live in TallyPrime, the Tally → Power BI Dashboard at ₹15,000 is a smaller place to start.
What is not included, and when is a sibling package the better fit?
This is a dashboard with a data layer underneath, not a company-wide data platform. If you need many sources governed with lineage, role-based access and quality monitoring, that is the Data Pipeline & Warehouse at ₹1,75,000, over 3 months or more. Moving data out of an old system first is Data Migration & Quality at ₹15,000.
If your questions are mostly about where revenue comes from — pipeline stages, reps, channels, repeat customers — Sales & Revenue Analytics at ₹40,000 is built for exactly that. If they are about P&L and cash, look at the Finance MIS & Cash-Flow Dashboard at ₹45,000.

FAQ
04What does a business intelligence dashboard cost?
Our Business Intelligence Dashboard starts at ₹45,000 and is delivered within 30 days. Snowflake and Power BI charge their own usage and licence fees, separate from this price. Your fixed price arrives in writing after a 15-minute scope call.
Can it use the Excel sheets we already have?
Yes, where they hold data the dashboard needs. The package is meant to stop numbers being merged by hand across scattered spreadsheets, so your sheets become sources for the automated refresh rather than the place totals are assembled. Which sheets and systems are connected is listed in the proposal.
What happens when two departments define a metric differently?
That disagreement is settled before the build, in writing, with both departments. Sometimes the answer is one shared definition; sometimes it is two clearly named metrics, such as booked revenue and invoiced revenue. Either way, the dashboard shows exactly what the document says, and nothing else.
Can we see the transactions behind a number?
Yes. Drill-down to transaction level is included, so any total on the executive or team views can be opened up to the individual orders, invoices or entries that make it up. That is usually the quickest way to tell whether a strange number is a data problem or a business one.
Do we need Snowflake if we already use Power BI?
The package is built on Snowflake, dbt and Power BI, as listed. Snowflake holds the cleaned data and dbt enforces the definitions, which is what keeps the numbers consistent as sources change. If you already run a different warehouse, raise it on the scope call; the proposal states exactly what is used.
