The details
02Who is it built for?
Distributors, transport operators and manufacturers that run depots and send goods out to customers. The difficulty is rarely a lack of data. It is that stock, trips and costs are recorded in different places, so nobody can say what is in transit right now or what a particular route really costs. The package is most often built for logistics and manufacturing businesses.
What changes between the depot and the customer?
Stock is held per warehouse, and a transfer between depots is a recorded movement rather than a phone call, so goods in transit stay visible while they are moving. Trips are planned in the system with vehicles assigned to them, and at the customer’s door the proof of delivery is captured digitally instead of on paper that returns days later.
Damages and returns have their own handling, so a short delivery, a damaged carton or a customer return is recorded against the trip it belongs to and the depot’s stock count stays honest. That is also what makes a disputed delivery quick to check: the record shows what left, what arrived and what came back.
Which depot actually makes money?
Freight and hamali — the charge for loading and unloading labour — are costed against trips, alongside the goods moved, so the cost of moving stock does not disappear into a general expenses head. Depot-wise profitability reports then put each depot’s revenue and costs on the same basis, so depots are compared on numbers rather than impressions.
What does the package not cover?
Live GPS tracking and route optimisation are not in the listed scope, and neither are e-way bills. GST & E-Invoice Automation (₹30,000, up to 30 days) generates e-invoices and e-way bills from your own data. Drivers or field staff who need an app that keeps working without signal are covered by Field Workforce App (₹1,65,000, up to 3 months).
Customers who keep calling to ask where an order is can be given a Customer Self-Service Portal (₹25,000) to see their orders, tickets and invoices. And if what you need is a broader multi-site rollout of stock and purchase rather than trips and depots, ERP & Inventory Rollout starts at ₹1,75,000.

FAQ
04What does a logistics ERP cost?
Distribution & Logistics ERP starts at ₹1,60,000 and is delivered in up to 3 months. The depots you run, the way trips are planned today and how freight and hamali are charged are what the scope call pins down before anything is quoted. Your fixed price arrives in writing after a 15-minute scope call.
How is proof of delivery captured?
Digitally, at the point of delivery, and stored with the trip it belongs to. Across our logistics work, digital POD is built with a photo and a signature. The devices your drivers carry, and what happens where there is no signal, are settled on the scope call.
Can we see stock that is in transit between depots?
Yes. Transfers between warehouses are recorded as movements, so stock that has left one depot and not yet reached the next shows as in transit instead of missing from both counts. Trip planning and vehicle assignment live in the same system, so a transfer can be tied to the trip that carries it.
Can it work alongside Tally?
A Tally sync is not one of this package’s listed items. If your accounts stay in Tally, Tally Integration & Automation (₹12,000, up to 30 days) is the package built to connect it to other systems, or the sync can be scoped into this engagement on the call.
We are a manufacturer with our own fleet. Which ERP fits?
If production — BOMs, job cards, batch costing — is the harder problem, look at Manufacturing ERP (₹2,18,000, 3 months or more). If the harder problem is what happens after goods leave the factory, this package is the closer fit. The scope call is where that gets decided, before anything is quoted.
