The details

Which ERP fits how your business moves stock?

Start with where your stock numbers go wrong today, because each package is shaped around a different kind of movement. A manufacturer’s problem is material turning into product. A distributor’s is goods moving between depots and vehicles. A business with several sites needs one hierarchy of locations. A seller on marketplaces needs one number that every channel reads.

  • You make things: Manufacturing ERP (₹2,18,000) runs multi-level BOMs and routings, work orders and job cards, raw material and WIP, quality rejections and costing per batch.
  • You move things: Distribution & Logistics ERP (₹1,60,000) handles multi-warehouse stock, trip planning, digital proof of delivery, freight and hamali costing and depot-wise profit.
  • You hold stock across sites: ERP & Inventory Rollout (₹1,75,000) sets up the location and warehouse hierarchy, master data and the purchase-to-payment flow, going live one site at a time.
  • You sell on several channels: Retail & Marketplace Stock Sync (₹50,000) keeps one stock number across your store, Amazon, Flipkart and your own site, with oversell buffers.

How does an ERP go live without stopping the business?

In stages, and ERP & Inventory Rollout is built around them. It begins with process mapping before anything is configured, then sets up and validates master data — items, locations, vendors — before the first site goes live. Sites go live one at a time rather than all at once, a super-user training programme leaves people inside your team who can train others, and the first 30 days after go-live are covered by hypercare. For Manufacturing ERP and Distribution & Logistics ERP, how go-live is staged is scoped on the call.

Throughout, as on every engagement, you work directly with the founder, on a shared board, with a working demo on day one, so gaps between the system and how the floor really works surface during the build, while there is still time to change the configuration, rather than on launch day.

Can we keep Tally?

Manufacturing ERP includes a sync to Tally or your finance ledger, so production and purchase run in the ERP while your books stay in Tally. For the distribution and rollout packages, a Tally connection is not a listed inclusion and is scoped on the call. If all you need is vouchers posted from another system into TallyPrime, Tally Integration & Automation (₹12,000, up to 30 days) is the smaller step, with GST field validation before posting and a daily reconciliation report.

Is a full ERP too much for us right now?

It may be. If the real problem is overselling across marketplaces, Retail & Marketplace Stock Sync (₹50,000) is a smaller first step. If you are unsure whether to build, buy or configure, Tech Strategy Consultation (₹3,000, up to 7 days) delivers a build-vs-buy recommendation and a sequenced 12-month roadmap in two sessions. And if your stock, sales and accounts already disagree, the Drift Audit (₹49,000, 2–3 weeks) maps where the records stop agreeing and ranks the fixes. We diagnose. You get clarity. We quote only after that.

FAQ

03
How much does a custom ERP cost?

ERP packages start at ₹50,000 for Retail & Marketplace Stock Sync. Distribution & Logistics ERP starts at ₹1,60,000, ERP & Inventory Rollout at ₹1,75,000 and Manufacturing ERP at ₹2,18,000. Your fixed price arrives in writing after a 15-minute scope call, once the sites, stock flows and integrations are known.

Is it built from scratch or on Odoo?

The three full ERP packages list Odoo and Postgres in their stack, with Node added for the rollout. Retail & Marketplace Stock Sync is built on Node and Postgres. Which parts are configured and which are built for your process is settled on the scope call and written into the proposal before work starts.

How long does an ERP take?

Retail & Marketplace Stock Sync is delivered in up to 30 days and Distribution & Logistics ERP in up to 3 months. ERP & Inventory Rollout and Manufacturing ERP take 3 months or more; the rollout goes live one site at a time and is followed by 30 days of hypercare.

Can the ERP handle more than one warehouse or plant?

Yes. Distribution & Logistics ERP covers multi-warehouse stock and transfers between locations, and ERP & Inventory Rollout sets up a location and warehouse hierarchy and goes live per site. Manufacturing ERP tracks raw material and WIP through work orders and job cards; how many plants it spans is scoped on the call.

Is there a smaller, stock-only option?

The closest is Retail & Marketplace Stock Sync (₹50,000, up to 30 days), which deals with stock across sales channels: marketplace and POS connectors, price and offer sync, returns and RTO handling, and channel-wise margin reporting. Stock control inside warehouses and plants is part of the three full ERP packages rather than a package of its own.
