IT consulting services: before you build, before you buy, after launch
The details
01Which consulting package fits where you are?
Before you build, the Tech Strategy Consultation: two sessions that end with a build-versus-buy recommendation, a target architecture and a sequenced 12-month roadmap with a budget and team shape. It is the lowest-priced package in this category, and the one to start with when the open question is still what to build.
Before you acquire a company, invest in one or inherit a codebase from a departing vendor, Technical Due Diligence. After launch, when a system needs fixing and improving every month, Managed Support & Growth. And when the real problem is that your records disagree with each other across systems, the Drift Audit, described further down this page.
What do you have at the end of a strategy consultation?
Documents you can act on, not just a conversation. The consultation covers a current-state audit of the systems you already run, and answers the questions that decide spending: what to build and what to buy, what the target architecture looks like, what order to do things in over twelve months, and what budget and team shape that implies.
A risk register sits alongside the roadmap, with a mitigation for each risk, so the plan is honest about what could slow it down. And because build versus buy is part of the brief, the answer can be an existing product rather than a custom build.
What does technical due diligence look at?
It looks at what changes a codebase’s value: whether the architecture will carry more load, how well the code is written and tested, any security or compliance red flags, and whether one person or one vendor holds knowledge nobody else has. Technical debt is estimated as a cost rather than just described, so it can be weighed against the price being paid.
Findings arrive as a deck ranked by severity, so the issues that matter to the deal are separated from routine clean-up. If you are inheriting a system rather than buying a company, the same ranking tells you what to fix first, and Managed Support & Growth is one way to have the list worked through, on retained hours.
How is the Drift Audit different?
Due diligence examines a codebase. The Drift Audit examines your records: where money, data and records stop agreeing across the systems you run. It costs ₹49,000, takes 2–3 weeks, and produces a system map, a reconciliation analysis, a drift register, priority fixes ranked by value and an executive readout. In the site’s own words: “We diagnose. You get clarity. We quote only after that.”

FAQ
03What does IT consulting cost?
Tech Strategy Consultation starts at ₹3,000, Managed Support & Growth at ₹14,000 and Technical Due Diligence at ₹23,000, each listed at up to 7 days. The Drift Audit is ₹49,000 and takes 2–3 weeks. Your fixed price arrives in writing after a 15-minute scope call.
How is managed support different from the other two?
The strategy consultation and the due diligence are pieces of work with an end: documents you act on. Managed Support & Growth is a retainer that keeps the founder on your system after launch, on agreed hours, handling fixes, security patching and upgrades, with a roadmap and demo each month. The package lists cancellation with 30 days notice.
How quickly can technical due diligence be done?
Technical Due Diligence is listed at up to 7 days. Because the findings deck ranks issues by severity, the ones that could change the price or terms of a deal can be read first. What access to the code and to the people who wrote it is needed is agreed on the scope call.
Will the strategy consultation push us towards a custom build?
It should not. A build-versus-buy recommendation is one of its six outputs, so buying an existing product is a possible answer. If a build does follow, the roadmap and target architecture make its scope clear before anyone quotes for it.
Who will we actually work with?
The founder, Lakshya Pratap Singh. Every engagement on the site is founder-led, with no handoffs, and the proposal names anyone else who would do substantial work. That matters more than usual for advisory work, where a roadmap or a due diligence report is only as good as the person behind it: you know who runs the sessions and who writes the findings before you commit.
