The details
02What does the retainer cover in a normal month?
Three kinds of work share the agreed hours. Fixes: something breaks or behaves oddly, and it is handled against response and resolution targets rather than whenever someone gets round to it. Upkeep: security patches and version upgrades for the frameworks, libraries and servers underneath, applied as routine instead of in a panic. Growth: the small improvements your team keeps asking for, taken from a roadmap you agree together.
Once a month you see a demo of what shipped and review the roadmap for the month ahead, with uptime and performance reports showing how the system behaved. Because you deal with the founder throughout, the same person stays with your system from one month to the next, so you are not explaining it to someone new every time. If anyone else does substantial work, the proposal names them.
How is this different from the support that comes with a build?
Several packages end with a fixed support window once the build is live: the Business Website includes 30 days of post-launch support, the One-Page Website 7 days, and every ready-made product three months. That window covers fixes and small changes to what was just delivered. Managed Support & Growth is for what comes after it — patches and upgrades that never stop arriving, changes that were never in the original scope, and someone who stays with the system for as long as you keep the retainer.
What is not included?
A new module, a redesign or a migration is a project rather than upkeep, so it is scoped and quoted separately, like any other package. How many hours the retainer includes is written into your proposal rather than published as one figure here, and whether hosting and third-party licences sit inside the retainer or stay on your own accounts is settled on the scope call.
The retainer is also not the way to find out what state an unfamiliar system is in. If you have inherited a codebase from another vendor and don’t know what you are taking on, start with Technical Due Diligence (₹23,000): it shows how the code is built, where it is fragile and who it depends on, so support begins from a known position.
Can you look after a system someone else built?
That is decided on the scope call, once we have seen the code, the hosting and the access you can hand over. A system with no documentation and nobody left who knows it takes more work to pick up than one that is written down, and that difference shows up in the scope and the fixed price you receive in writing. The package is most often built for e-commerce, healthcare, education and manufacturing teams whose websites, portals and tools need to keep changing after launch.

FAQ
04How much does website maintenance cost?
Managed Support & Growth starts at ₹14,000 and is delivered within 7 days. The price buys the founder’s agreed hours on your website or software, spent on fixes, upkeep and the improvements on your roadmap. Your fixed price arrives in writing after a 15-minute scope call.
Can we cancel the retainer?
Yes, with 30 days’ notice, as listed on the package. Because you see a demo of shipped work every month and review the roadmap with the founder, you have a regular point at which to judge whether the retainer is still earning its place, and to change what it works on next.
What response times do you commit to?
Every request gets a first reply within 12 hours. Response and resolution SLAs are part of the package, but the right targets depend on your system and how critical it is to the business. They are agreed on the scope call and written into your proposal, together with the hours they apply in, rather than published here as one number that would suit nobody exactly.
Are security updates included?
Yes. Security patching and upgrades are part of the package: when the frameworks, libraries, plugins or server software your system depends on publish a security fix, it is applied as routine work, so a known weakness is closed without an emergency. Which components are covered depends on your stack and is listed in the proposal.
Is this only for websites?
No. The package is a retainer: the founder keeps fixing, improving and planning whatever you run after launch, and that applies to a web app, a customer portal or an internal tool as much as to a website. Whether your particular system and stack fit is confirmed on the scope call, before anything is agreed.
