Which questions does it answer?

The package is built around the questions a sales head asks at the start of the week, not around whatever the CRM’s default report happens to show. Each question becomes a view in Power BI, fed by models in dbt that apply the same rules every week, so this week’s numbers can be compared with last month’s without anyone rebuilding them.

  • Where do deals stall, and which stage loses the most?
  • Which reps and territories convert, and which just carry a large pipeline?
  • Do customers come back, and how long after their first order?
  • Which channels bring revenue, not just leads?
  • Are we on track against the forecast this month, or finding out at month-end?

What data does it need from us?

Mainly two things: your pipeline, usually from a CRM, and your orders or invoices. The answers are only as good as the recording. Where deal stages, owners and lead sources are filled in consistently, the views are sharp; where they are not, the gaps become visible and are worth fixing at the source. Which systems it reads is settled on the scope call.

If your pipeline still lives in spreadsheets, the stage analysis has little consistent data to read. The Sales CRM Starter at ₹18,000, delivered within 7 days, gets the pipeline into a CRM first, and the analytics then has something to work with.

How far can channel attribution and forecasts be trusted?

The channel view can only credit sources that were recorded when a lead or order came in. A web form that tags its source or a marketplace order is easy to attribute. A customer who saw an ad and then phoned is not, unless someone writes it down. Where the source is missing the view cannot invent one, and a large unattributed share is a sign that sources need recording at the point of entry.

Forecast versus actual works on the same principle. The package tracks your forecast against what actually closed; it does not produce the forecast. If you need a driver-based model to build one, that is the FP&A & Cash-Flow Model at ₹25,000.

What is not included, and when is a wider dashboard better?

The package is not a CRM, it does not run or tune ad campaigns, and it does not include Power BI licences, which Microsoft bills separately. It looks at revenue and nothing else: the pipeline, the people selling, the customers buying and the channels they came from.

If you need agreed numbers across several teams, with metric definitions in writing, executive and team-level views, drill-down and alerts, the Business Intelligence Dashboard at ₹45,000 is the wider build. If the question is profit and cash rather than revenue, the Finance MIS & Cash-Flow Dashboard at ₹45,000 fits better.

FAQ

04
What does a sales analytics dashboard cost?

Sales & Revenue Analytics starts at ₹40,000 and is delivered within 30 days. Power BI licences for the people who view it are Microsoft’s and separate from this price. Your fixed price arrives in writing after a 15-minute scope call.

Which CRMs and online stores does it work with?

The package does not come with a fixed list of sources. Which CRM, store or accounting system it reads from is settled on the scope call and written into the proposal. What matters more than the brand is whether stages, owners and sources are recorded consistently, and we look at that on the call.

What is cohort and repeat-purchase analysis?

Customers are grouped by the month of their first purchase, and each group is followed over time: how many came back, how soon and how much they spent. It shows whether newer customers behave better or worse than older ones, which a monthly revenue total hides completely.

Who receives the weekly report?

Whoever you name. Automated weekly distribution is part of the package, so the same views reach the sales head, the founders or the regional leads every week without anyone exporting and emailing them by hand. The list of recipients and what each one gets are agreed on the scope call.

How is this different from the reports inside our CRM?

A CRM report shows the pipeline as it stands in that one system. This package joins the pipeline to orders or invoices, so you can see which deals became revenue, which customers came back and how the month compares with the forecast — questions that need more than one system to answer.
