02How does DietMate fit the way nutrition coaching works?
Nutrition coaching runs in a loop: you set a plan, the client follows it, you review how the week went and adjust. DietMate’s four parts map onto that loop. Personalised meal plans hold what each client should eat. Calorie tracking lets the client record what they did eat. The recipe library gives them meals to cook. Check-ins are where you and the client look back and decide the next step.
If your plans go out today as PDFs or chat messages, the change is that plan, record and review live in one app your clients open under your brand, rather than in a thread that scrolls out of sight by the following week.
Rent or buy: which suits a nutrition practice?
Renting at ₹7,999 a month keeps the upfront cost to a monthly licence, which suits a practice still finding out how many clients will use an app. Buying at ₹49,000 is a one-time payment for the source code and a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to run and change it, which suits a practice that wants the app as a long-term asset, wants it on its own infrastructure, or plans to extend it.
Either way, the launch is the same: the app is set to your logo, colours and domain, deployed and tested, connected to Razorpay or Stripe with GST invoice templates, and handed over with a training session and three months of support. Your clients see your practice’s name on it, not ours.
How is DietMate different from FitPro?
Both cost ₹49,000 to buy. FitPro, at ₹9,999 a month to rent, is built around exercise: workout plans, member tracking and progress analytics, for gyms and trainers. DietMate, at ₹7,999 a month, is built around food: meal plans, calorie tracking, recipes and check-ins, for nutrition coaches. If you coach both training and diet, start from the one closest to most of your work and add the rest through the Customise model.
Where does DietMate stop?
DietMate is a coaching app, not a clinical record. A clinic that needs patient records with access control, consent capture with an audit trail, and appointment recalls is better served by Patient CRM & Recalls, from ₹45,000. Video consultations are not in DietMate’s description either; if you consult over video, raise it on the scope call and it is priced in writing.

04What does DietMate cost?
DietMate is ₹7,999 a month to rent or ₹49,000 to buy. Renting keeps your outlay monthly; buying is one payment that gives you the full source code and a perpetual licence to run it. Changes made for your practice, such as video consultations, are priced on top. Your fixed price arrives in writing after a 15-minute scope call.
Can I try DietMate before I pay?
Yes. The live demo linked at the top of this page runs in your browser on made-up sample data, so you can click through DietMate before the scope call; nothing you enter in it is sent anywhere. On the call we go through what your version needs on top and which model fits, and the fixed price follows in writing.
Can clients pay for their plans in the app?
Yes. Razorpay or Stripe is wired in with GST invoice templates, and your pricing is managed from the admin panel without a developer. How you package your coaching — a single plan, a monthly programme, a longer course — is your decision; tell us on the scope call and the payment set-up is built around it.
Where is client health data stored?
You choose: DietMate can be deployed on our infrastructure or on yours, configured and monitored either way, and the choice is made on the scope call. If you buy, you receive the full source code, so the app and its database can run entirely on infrastructure you control, now or later.
Can I add my own recipes?
The recipe library comes with DietMate, and the admin panel is where content is managed without a developer. If you want your own recipes alongside the library, or in place of it, say so on the scope call; the handover — a written guide plus a live training session — shows your team how content is managed.
What happens after the three months of support?
For the first three months after launch, bug fixes, guidance and small changes are included, and product updates to DietMate reach you as they ship. Anything you need after those three months is discussed on the scope call and set out in writing, so you know before you start.
