Clinic management software for bookings, recalls and WhatsApp

The details
01Which package covers which step of a patient’s visit?
A clinic visit has a before and an after. Before it, someone has to answer the enquiry, offer a slot, take the booking and remind the patient. After it, someone has to schedule the follow-up, track the treatment package and ask how it went. Each package takes on one part of that work:
- Enquiry from a Facebook or Instagram ad: Meta Lead Ads → WhatsApp replies within a minute with two appointment slots, then follows up on day 1, 3 and 7.
- Booking: the Booking & Appointments Site takes bookings against slot and capacity rules for each doctor or room, with payment online or at the clinic, and lets patients reschedule or cancel themselves.
- Reminders: WhatsApp and SMS reminders come with the booking site; WhatsApp reminders and feedback requests come with the patient CRM.
- Questions in between: WhatsApp & Support Automation answers routine questions and hands the rest to your front desk with the chat attached.
- Follow-up: Patient CRM & Recalls schedules appointment and follow-up recalls and tracks treatment packages.
Which one should a clinic start with?
Start where patients slip through. If the front desk spends the day on booking calls, the Booking & Appointments Site (₹15,000) moves booking, payment and rescheduling online, and its no-show and utilisation reporting shows how the week’s slots were used. If patients come once and do not return for their follow-up, Patient CRM & Recalls (₹45,000) is the better first step: recalls, treatment-package tracking and doctor-wise revenue reporting.
If WhatsApp is already where patients reach you, WhatsApp & Support Automation (₹12,000) takes the routine questions off your staff. If you run ads and the leads go cold before anyone calls, Meta Lead Ads → WhatsApp (₹5,000) is the smallest and fastest of the four. If you need more than one, raise them together on the scope call.
What does the site say about patient data and consent?
Patient CRM & Recalls keeps records behind access control and captures consent with an audit trail. For healthcare work, the site states that systems are built to DPDP Act and ABDM expectations: consent artefacts, encryption at rest and in transit, access logging, and a documented breach-response path. That describes how the work is done; it is not a certification, and it does not replace your own legal advice.
For healthcare builds the site lists Next.js, Postgres, ABDM APIs and AWS as its platforms. The packages here run on their own stacks: the booking site on Next.js and Postgres, the patient CRM on Postgres and Node. If your clinic or hospital has its own data policies, bring them to the scope call so they are reflected in the written proposal.
What is outside these four packages?
None of the four is a full hospital information system. Teleconsultation and prescriptions, and billing with insurance claims, appear among the site’s healthcare builds, but they are not items in these packages. If you need them, describe the workflow on the scope call; they are scoped separately and priced in writing.
Meta bills WhatsApp Business API conversations per message, separately from the package prices. SMS reminders go through an SMS provider, and how that is set up and paid for is settled on the scope call, along with what your appointment volume means for Meta’s charges.

FAQ
03What does clinic management software cost?
It depends on which parts you need. Booking & Appointments Site starts at ₹15,000 and Patient CRM & Recalls at ₹45,000, each delivered within 30 days. WhatsApp & Support Automation starts at ₹12,000, and Meta Lead Ads → WhatsApp at ₹5,000. Your fixed price arrives in writing after a 15-minute scope call.
Can each doctor have their own appointment slots?
Yes. The Booking & Appointments Site sets slot and capacity rules per resource, so each doctor, room or machine can have its own availability, and staff calendars stay in sync. On the patient CRM side, revenue is reported doctor by doctor, and the booking site reports utilisation and no-shows.
Do we need both the booking site and the patient CRM?
Not necessarily. The booking site handles getting patients in: slots, payment, reminders and rescheduling. The patient CRM handles what surrounds the visit: records, recalls, consent, treatment packages and feedback. If you only have one of those problems, start with that package; if you have both, raise both on the scope call.
Can it connect to ABDM?
ABDM APIs are among the platforms the site lists for healthcare builds, but ABDM integration is not an item in any of these four packages. If you need it, raise it on the scope call; it is scoped separately and priced in writing before any work starts.
Is this suitable for a hospital?
A hospital can use any of the four packages for one department or one process, such as outpatient bookings or follow-up recalls. Hospital-wide systems, including teleconsultation and prescriptions or billing and insurance claims, are custom builds: scoped separately and priced in writing.
