Cloud infrastructure you can rebuild from code, not from memory

Cloud Infrastructure Setup starts at ₹25,000 and is delivered in up to 30 days. On AWS, with Terraform and Kubernetes, we define your environment as code, give you staging that matches production, deploy through CI/CD with rollback, and add backups with restore drills, monitoring and alerts, a security baseline with managed secrets, and a cost review.

What does a hand-built setup cost you today?

Mostly risk you cannot see on a good day. Servers set up by clicking through the console work until the person who built them leaves, or until something breaks and nobody can say what changed. The package exists to replace each of these familiar weak points with something written down, tested and repeatable:

  • Only one person knows how production is configured
  • Releases mean someone logging in and copying files across
  • Staging, if it exists, is set up differently from production
  • Database passwords and API keys sit in code or in chat messages
  • You hear about an outage from a customer, not an alert
  • Backups run, but nobody has tried restoring one

What does your team work with once it is handed over?

An environment described in Terraform files, so a change is a reviewed edit rather than a console click, and the history shows what changed and when. A CI/CD pipeline that every release goes through, with a way back if a release misbehaves. Staging created from the same Terraform code as production, so a release that passes there has been tried on a like-for-like environment.

Alongside that: monitoring, logs and alerting that tell you when a service is failing; a secrets store instead of credentials in code; a security baseline for access and network rules; and backups that have been restored in a drill, not just scheduled. The cost review sizes the new environment for the load you actually run.

What if we already run on AWS, or on another cloud?

If you already have an AWS account with live workloads, whether we bring what exists under Terraform or build a clean environment and move across to it is decided after we have seen it, and written into the proposal. The package is built on AWS with Terraform and Kubernetes, as on the package card. If part of your setup sits with a different provider, tell us on the scope call so the proposal says plainly what is covered and what is not.

What is not included?

AWS bills you directly for the resources you run, and those charges are separate from this package’s price. Changes to your application code are not included, and nor is running the platform day to day after handover. For patching, upgrades and a monthly roadmap on a retainer, Managed Support & Growth starts at ₹14,000.

This is not a certification or a compliance audit. The security baseline sets sensible defaults for access, network rules and secrets; if a customer or regulator asks you to meet a specific standard, say so on the scope call, before anything is built.

FAQ

04
What does cloud infrastructure setup cost?

Cloud Infrastructure Setup starts at ₹25,000 and is delivered in up to 30 days. What AWS charges for the resources you run is billed by AWS, separate from this price. Your fixed price arrives in writing after a 15-minute scope call.

How is this different from the Cloud Cost & Reliability Tune-up?

The tune-up, from ₹15,000 in up to 7 days, reviews an AWS account you already run: where the money goes, what is idle, what to resize and whether backups restore. This package builds the environment itself in code, with CI/CD, staging, monitoring and a security baseline. If your foundations are sound and only the bill is the problem, start with the tune-up.

What happens when a release goes wrong?

It goes out through the CI/CD pipeline like every other release, so it can be rolled back to the previous version rather than patched live under pressure. Because staging matches production, a problem has a chance to show up there first, before customers see it.

What do monitoring and alerting cover?

Monitoring, logs and alerting are set up for the environment we build, so a failing service raises an alert and the logs are in one place when someone investigates. Which alerts matter, and who receives them, depends on your product and team, and is agreed on the scope call.

Who can make changes after handover?

Anyone on your side who is comfortable with Terraform and a CI/CD pipeline. A change is an edit to the code that someone reviews and applies, not a click in the console, so the history of your infrastructure stays readable. If nobody in-house has that skill yet, the founder can carry the work instead on a Managed Support & Growth retainer.
